	AMEC Engineering was founded in 1994 as Cybermed, Inc., and changed its name to AMEC Engineering in 2002. Over the past eight years AMEC has been involved in numerous Communications and Data Transmission projects. AMEC Engineering's founders: Aldo A. Martinez, MSEE President Possesses a strong background in Communications, Data Transmission, and General Electronic Engineering, with over 25 years of experience. Holds a Master of Science degree and three patents in the field of Data Transmission. During 23 years, he has been heavily involved in modem design and development, always in key technical and managerial positions. Over his career span, he has been responsible for organizing and leading advanced technical groups (including Advanced Modem Development and VLSI Design) as well as training many engineers. For more than 15 years, he has also been a key member of his last employer's Patent Committee. During his tenure at AMEC Engineering, he has been involved in Data Transmission System analysis and troubleshooting with focus on V.90 modem performance, electromagnetic PCB analysis for signal integrity, ADSL, GSM Modems and ADSL Analog POTS Interfaces.
